or was the deal to allow NK to test missiles and gain missile tachnology .....and does paying for it change the proxy status .....most countries aren't willing to condone weapons sales to russia
USSR needed a hand defending against the nasties - US gave it - UK delivered it ....billions worth a lot more today Ukraine need that same hand today ......the hand of freindship to maintain their libertyy which russia is seeking to take from them
