Yes, the slow walking of aid is a frustrating to say the least, though I'd add that Russian representing about 3% of China's trade, that Putin simply is not worth the problems that would come along with supplying direct lethal military aid.
I am curious to see what armaments the F-16s come with, I think the missiles they come with, or don't, will determine how effective they will be.
