@AlCp There were hundreds of Ukrainian soldiers who have surrendered over the past week. I don't recall there being many claims of remaining civilians so it just seems suspicious to me (that this information comes out as soon as Russia decides those not surrendered might be bombed). Russia have agreed they would allow any remaining civilians to be evacuated from Azovstal, and this was apparently rejected.
