Love how you dodge real facts. $109 billion in exports to the USA, forget all exports to WESTERN countries that now support trade with Vietnam because Vietnam wants capitalism.
Why include China as being called NUMBER 1, they are just a trade partner because CHINA is so close and cheap.
Vietnam had enough Chinese help after the 70's. STILL very obvious even today.
But it's another world today.
And yes I have been to VIETNAM, beautiful loving people. Many of the older generation still remember the bitter years of Russian and Chinese HELP and have little love for what was done in Vietnam by them.
