You do understand that Putin will not accept ‘talking or preaching’ at this point in time by any PM from Western European member of NATO.
Maybe, just maybe there is a person on the other side of the Iron Curtain who sees things differently. I am aware that a mass hysteria is currently running the EU foreign affairs, and that a significant majority of EU population supports the current policy against Russia. I say a significant majority, not 100% consensus. That leaves a door open for a different opinion by a single individual, maybe? If not, Europe is heading back to the Dark Ages.
