USSR did not defeat Nazi Germany, but the world did. Stalin had a secret pact with Hitler to share the spoils was agreeable to eliminate Jews in favour of not invade Russia. After walking over eastern countries, mad Hitler ignored all that saying “Russia won’t be a few weeks like Poland & Czechoslovakia but a few months at most haha. It took Stalin by surprise that his pal violated the agreement. Putin fell into the same trap Hitler did by easily defeating minors & getting a high. Germans got bogged down in Russian snow & Russians got bogged down in Uki mud.

It took Georgy Zhukov some risky convincing of Stalin to turn most metal works to tank plants to turn the tide. Russia lost most lives in WWII mainly due to the average bloke’s heroism also due to the stupidity of the hierarchy. Ill equipped diggers were sent to the slaughterhouse. Again, USSR played a major role in defeating Nazi Germany however without the west world would have been quite a different place to live.
