That is just propaganda. Russia has full control of the airspace over Ukraine since day 2 of this war.
Anything that flies within Ukraine airspace now would be intercepted by Russian fighter jets. Further, Mig29 does not have stealth technology so it will light up like a Christmas tree on Russian tracking system.
You reckon the Poles want a war with Russia by confronting Russian jets over Ukraine?

Lastly, every runway (airport) inside Ukraine, that is NOT controlled by Russia, have already been bombed. No plane - specifically fighter jet would be able to land.
