Once the mad brute in the Kremlin has been deposed then Russia must be completely disarmed and demilitarised so they can no longer bully and brutalise the nations of Eastern Europe. Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic and many others - all subject to invasions and occupations by Russian attackers. Enough is enough! A new constitution totally renouncing military aggression must be signed. The Russian people must no longer consort with gangsters and despots. They will be fully admitted to the European community of nations once they make this fundamental change from violent aggressors to modern civilization.
