I'm no expert on UN laws but I know an expert who has dissected the due process, Scot Ritter. He knows his UN legal stuff and his expert opinion is that Putin adhered to the legalities within UN jurisdictions.
In addition, he is also an expert on Russian history. Perhaps the two apologist here can contact him for a debate as to whether there are Nazis is Ukraine, is Banderra an ultranationalist and did he help the Nazis to exterminate Jews in Ukraine.
Besides that, Nazis is not a crime provided it doesn't inspire the murder of people, thin line of tolerance for me. Ditto communism or any other -isms out there, including jihadism. Unfortunately, in practice we know sitting in creatures comfort debating this is just that, academia.
