Theory 1 is that Grim-2s hit the base Theory 2 is that ATACMS hit the base.. Theory 3 Partisans Theory 4 SOF & partisans. Theory 4 a pissed off Russian soldier did it.
Someone posted that a hundred Kalibr missiles went up in unison. It could be true. I can see Kalibrs in the picture but to get the explosion we saw a large number if bombs and/or missiles would need to have been hit in a warehouse or the like.
