    PS: Even if there is a military coup that debunks Putin, the military
    wont want to relinquish Crimea and, perhaps the Donbas. It will still want the Sea of Azov to be
    Russia's private lake. (Wouldn'y you if you were to be a Russian?)

    Rather than spend billions building the Crimea bridge, that money could have been
    spent building a deep water port on Russian territory south of the bridge and then
    relocate the Russian Nuke fleet there.

    But obviously both the military and the Putin Regime wanted the Crimea
    for the Savastopol Naval Base and even if there is a change of regime,
    that wont change, IMO.

    So in this case "be careful what you wish for" (the debunking of Putin) could be a greater threat
    to Europe and the West than the current regime and IMO the Europeans already know that.
