He does know a war, especially a world war will cause more hurt of the global financial and energy market....lol. Let's see how they "work in such restriction" for decades if no Western developed countries, US and Asia (even China have publicly voiced their concern) trade with them but then when have they been "working" with such restriction, they've been making billions exporting resources to the world.
