yeah ....as you say I don't have the expertise to comment but to judge from the results ...... Putin has Hitlers nack for meddling in military matters - the time and lives wasted taking Bakhmut for example ....and also the lack of enlistment 6 to 9 months back so they'd have fully trained replacements for the fighting season instead of being left wth no reserve of men . Yes , agreed , bad signs and seems the writing i on the wall for russia - eventaully !
but if I was going to vote for the biggest idiot in high position in russia my vote goes to ..... LAVROV !
