Biden has a whole “administration” around him of a good/clever/experienced team of people around him and depth of support that comes from an advanced civilised democracy.
Biden doesn’t need to dictate as some self appointed monarch, he was elected in free and fair elections unlike Putin, and knowing how to rely on experts to help find the answer is “leadership”.
Putin is surrounded by delusion corrupt yes men, as you’d expect for a decrepit fascist state like Putins morally socially and economically bankrupt Russia.
