NATO and the US have nothing left to give, they've depleted their own inventories.Any funds allocated for weaponry for Ukraine will have to be manufactured, or to be more precise, the US will supply more of its own old weaponry, once it receives new weapons from said funds.
It's a beautiful scheme the US is running, allocate funding for Ukraine, which goes directly to Raytheon, Boeing and the like to modernise their inventory and palm off the old stuff to Ukraine! The US alone has already supplied over 100B in funding, what makes you think another 60B will make any difference? But weaponry is not necessarily the problem, manpower is Ukraine's biggest issue, and having the trained troops to man and operate weaponry allocated to Ukraine.
Yes, Russian gains have been small and incremental till now, but there has been a drastic change in just the last few weeks, the Russians are making larger and faster gains, across the front, that is obvious to even the most casual observer. One must remember, the Russians were up against formidable fortifications, the donbass was regarded as one of the most fortified regions in the world. But, unfortunately the Russians are now showing what happens when those fortifications are breached and then exploited. It will be a rolling snowball effect as they roll up more fortified positions. The writing is on the wall, sadly!
