I guess Zel's idea of "informational reintegration", "human rights" and "fundamental freedoms" means cluster-bombing civilians in the Eastern regions.
Oh wait, I can't blame that on Zelensky. AFU has been cluster-bombing civilians in Donbas as far back as 2014
