Ukraine's air forces downed 92 of 151 missiles and drones fired in an overnight Russian attack, officials have reported.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Telegram that all the cities affected by the attack "already have the necessary services running".
Rescue teams are on the ground and electricity supply is being restored.
"The world sees the targets of Russian terrorists as clearly as possible: power plants and energy supply lines, a hydroelectric dam, ordinary residential buildings, even a trolleybus," he wrote.
