tend to agree ...China do have long memories and can be opportunistic and pragmatic . I feel the lack of russian success in this war has perhaps delayed Chinas ambitions for Taiwan .....they would never risk making such a fool of themselves as putin has nor of incurring the same sort of harm to their country .....at least not without a certain result to offset that .
But the Manchurian lands north of the Amur could be a consolation prize for them under certain circumstances . The other thing is the changing technology of war and all countries would be wise to take time to completley reconsider their strategies , tactics and armaments in the light of what has been learnt in Ukraine ..... A LOT !
