are you trying to pretend a lot of protesters were not shot by police ? ....and why were the protesters there to start with .....had nothing to do with Nuland ....was well and truly up and running before she arrived
it's simply disingenuous to pretend the Ukrainian people were going to tolerate being beholden to russia again ....clearly they hated that idea . Are we also going to pretend that Janukovic didn't commit large scale larceny and take his ill gotten gains to russia ......and that this was obviously a good part of why he left ?
none of these circumstances even viewing in the miost favourable light for russia can anyway justify russia atttacking Ukraine and stealing their territory .
this war is not about old history ,NATO , the imagined coup , nazis , security or any other thing apart from putin wishing to GROW russia and extend his power .....things he himself had alluded to many times . There is plenty to support this and if you pretend otherwise it amounts to bias .
Bottom line - putin has no right to be there and the people of Ukraine have a right to their own country and the right to decide their own future .....uncontrolled from Moscow .
