The series of successful strikes on Ukrainian energy facilities and gas storages by Russia have caused significant mid-term disruption to Ukrainian electricity and fuel supplies and will continue to cause significant long term disruption (assuming the strikes stop, but I am confident Russia will strike these energy and gas storage facilities again once they are repaired).
