If this has nothing to do with the US, then why is the US piling 100's of Billions of borrowed money into it and why is the US Presidential press and that of the pentagon foreshadowing events in the Ukraine as as they are doing also with the Israeli War.

The US is the global hegemon (world policeman) with over 600 overseas military/CIA bases and the biggest armed forces in the world with Subs, Aircraft Carriers and Nuke Bombers on call 24/7/365.
So don't kid yourself any war is all about the US protecting/adding to its global power.
Ironically China is adding to its global economic power due to this war in not being exposed to oil/energy price inflation; unlike the West including Aus.
Its big snack at the moment is China whose economic growth is over twice that of the USA (despite the prophets of doom) and one does not have to be the Einstein of history to deduce that the biggest economy will eventually lead to be the global hegemon..... and that folks is the US' greatest nightmare
