“It is highly likely that Russian forces have reserves ready to commit to intensifying offensive operations north of Kharkov in the coming days,” the report said.

“Indirect artillery fire, combined with ongoing glide bombing and missile strikes, will most likely be aimed at creating the conditions for a larger offensive on Kharkov at a later time,” the Institute concludes.

....the problem being .....NOW is the time of weakness for Ukraine ...... at a later time that aid package from the US willl have arrived .....then those Czech
procured 155mm shells ....then the f-16's....later will be harder

that is why russia are attacking now .....because Ukraine are still in the process of being re-supplied
