And why would you be at all concerned about so called "Constitutional" questions in a crisis known as a revolution ?
Where's your outrage over Putin's aggressive trashing of issues of Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty ? What's the Constitution say about that ? And where's your outrage over Putin's violation of other agreements and undertakings ?
How many revolutions have you known where there wasn't departure from the former Constitutions ? I'll be interested to hear.
You and others keep clinging to the Coup myth apparently because Putin's Firehose has drenched you and you're still wet.
But the more one looks into events of the time and thinks a bit the weaker the Coup claim becomes in my opinion.
Are we meant to accept your misleading and incomplete 'half the story' story or others waving about 'phone discussions and is that all you have to support your proclamations ?
You'll have to do much, much better than that to convince me.
