This is an outright lie and probably should be moderated. Your tiny thoughts are leaking out of your mouth. As someone know knows a Ukrainian on the frontlines, I 100% dispute your lie. Maybe what's sad is that you have already made your mind up and haven't spoken to a single Ukrainian.
