You are saying ‘peace’= alleged compromise, in reality would result in Russian victory because the Putin mafia-state would be left with a swag of Ukrainian territory & paying zero reparations. There is no ‘compromise’ to be seen in this scenario.

Then you mention ‘justice’, which according to you means ‘win at all costs & teach Russia (Putin regime) a lesson’. I would say this is not a factor at all, just your perspective.

The true second concept is ‘strategic imperative’, which will be the aim of Ukraine and the West. This overriding and wholly necessary objective will be to leave Putin with zero gains from this war, so he cannot claim that waging any given aggressive war results in a successful outcome for Russia. If Putin is handed gains by a bad ‘peace’, it will only embolden the Putin mafia-state regime and set the stage for further aggressive actions, once the Russian military is sufficiently rebuilt. A bad peace now will not achieve long term peace and security in Europe. Strong leaders must not give in to ‘rumblings’ and weak appeasers and pro-Putins agitators.
