In relation to the Toure and Goodes incidents, the approach and attitudes within each country were somewhat at polar opposites.

Whatever UEFA did might chip away at attitudes, but UEFA is an external football body. The Russian response and attitude was reflective of their lack of Political Correctness versus the Australian response and community wide attitudes.

Obviously most of us might tend to lean more towards the Australian response, but at the same time, IMO, "Political Correctness" is responsible for an oversensitising and pandering to Special Interest/Advocacy Groups and actually do their "promoted" cause a disservice.

One can argue that without Special Interest/Advocacy Groups, many vulnerable people/groups in our communities would be walked all over.

Bottom line is that the "Political Correct" agenda has become too powerful - we need a commonsense shift to the right and a watering down of the lobby power of many of these groups.

The UN is a perfect example of a "peak" body that has too much power and interest groups and in the end, not all Nations are United. The UN should be called the unUN.

The UN needs to be dismantled. All countries need to start collectively at the lowest common denominator of common morals and ethics and look for a common ground. Those that do not conform to these basics of morals MUST be dealt with - and it is the leaderships that must actually be dealt with. We can then move forward from there.
