I think it was based on already having a presence there, it's a natural roll out continuation.

I do have a feeling there are other deals in the pipeline. I've seen this happen so many times before. Hype pushes the price up, it falls back, clever buyers load up creating sticky holders, and then the previous highs are blasted through once confirmation of deal comes through.

Assuming the deal goes through, which there is no reason to think it hasn't, we can expect the share price to be in the 3c range.

Buy at 1.4c, set stop at 1.2c. Upside is 100%+, downside is capped.
