Re Hindmarsh can technically say he works in an adviser capacity (to avoid direct 'involvement' to avoid any justice), but he is one of the leading brains behind most of the operation from a tactical sense along with a number of mercenaries down the chain for effective command and control because the local Wahhabi soldiers mostly don't know their A$se from their elbows.
