    Well the Russian biggest producer decided to cut 1M barrel a day, is OPEC following? Iran and Venezuela is pressing OPEC they probably will join the Russian. If they do then this is as low as oil price can get and recovery will be from here. Some analyst previously state the excess 1.7M barrel a day will have to go for oil price to recover.
