Bazzaroid you are dreaming, you're suggesting that Cornell will dump the 25000 shares onto the market every time they receive them while the stock is trading at all time lows.
This would defeat their purpose, if they hold the stock until it rises they will do far better.
When SKG bank the Russian cash, Cornell will still only have a small number of shares for sale (if they choose to sell) and SKG will issue shares at a higher price hence slashing the dilution effect.

You talk about gambling, and yet you invest in stocks like QPX and AFT..........how ironic !
