Russia also used to claim their weapons are the best and the army is the second strongest in the world before their embarassment in Ukraine. Same thing here, likely allocated the budget, stole 95% of the money and made a promo for a non-existent crap.
Of all possible competitors to Droneshield this is definitely not the one.
