I thought it was a mistranslation.. but yeah apparently it's meant to crash into an enemy drone and then remain operable / reusable...
(note that you don't really see anything happen.. it collides with a few other, slow-moving UAVs, and that's about it.. not clear that it's actually effective, much less reusable..)
And even if it did work great, as one of the comments points out here: "Like they gonna have one per fpv drone "
