There are so many potential investor willing to open their wallet that I have stop guessing which one will ultimately succeed. I hold the belief that someone will invest. Whether that is an equity partner or an outright sale is open to debate. I sit and wait for the outcome.
Third outcome, EXT goes it alone to develop the mine and even that is clouded by RIO's involvement in the register and it could possibly involved merging of the Rossing operations.
Anyone got a better guess at the situation?
