    Sure Victoria had money for reverse osmosis water desalination plant worth billions, where construction was delayed by the flooding rains the global warming grift assured us we would never see. Good post LD. From what I know about reverse osmosis, the salt water has to cross the membrane at about 900 psi, So energy costs are still high for a big plant like that. You are right, we should have had a much wider piped gas distribution system by now. Maybe Australian politicians are not as dumb/corrupt/greedy as the Europeans, but we are a close second.
    I hear that new housing construction in WA has banned gas appliances. So the gas can be sold overseas? How does that fix perceived man made global warming if it is burned elsewhere. Just dumb.
