Hairy, I find that loan confusing and concerning, but if push came to shove surely CCC with 74% of CCL's shares (i.e. a definite controlling stake) could forcibly transfer funds from one entity to another.

Cleaning up the corporate structure would certainly help sentiment here too, but the current CCL/CCC situation seems to exist to facilitate BBBEE compliance.

Also note my change in sentiment, I reflexively put LT buy on, but in the past few days the world-wide macro chaos means I'm not sure about any companies at the minute, especially not high risk marginal miners with plenty of upside but plenty of risk.
