I am merely observing the goings on -------------- and, I could be wrong - but, I think the Russians have got by a lot of what was expected would be battle grounds ---
Perhaps taking Chernobyl was a masterstroke - because they certainly seemed to waltz in there easily and very quickly
which put them less than 100 km as the crow flies from the capital - indeed, the Parliament
it also - (I think) gave them land and probably water access to go to the capital.
if you are that close within a couple of days - and, now - you are basically on the Parliamentary steps almost - and, driving amour through suburbs within 9 km of the city centre
it's pretty much game over - without a miracle
my only position is that - I hope it's over quickly - in theory - that should minimize death and destruction
to me - if it's game over ----------- then, fly the white flag and go to the table and talk - because - you have to end up there anyway ---------------- always ends at a table
