Omega you are right. Norilsk had 3 boats arrive in the port of Rotterdam early this week. They say they will be the last boats out of Dudinka until the spring thaw (the port was about to freeze over as it does each year).
Its not going to hurt in their bidding war against Xsrada for Lionore, but what it actually means is that because Norilsk wont be delivering nickel to Europe for a while, supplies will get tight again.
