Something has happened, the Russians and Nambians have done a deal about Uranium. The Russians then made an anouncement, the meaning obscure that mentioned Rossing South. A newspaper whose job it is to report news has published this information. How would you report these events? Are they not news worthy?
It is little risk in my opinion. That the Russians did a deal and implied they were interested in RS was what I learnt from the article I dont see these as sensational or speculative pieces of reporting. It seems like quite a good bit of reporting to me giving several sides of the story. What specifically do you find sensational or speculative? Are you saying they shouldnt have reported Rosatoms coments or they exagerated them?
