While they may have taken the land, at the moment the Shevchenko lithium deposit field (which is what I think is being discussed) is an undeveloped lithium deposit. Even if they progress extremely quickly through the various studies and construction (which is unlikely), I'd be surprised if the timeframe from ending the Ukraine war to having any spodumene concentrate produced was anything under 3-4 years. I'd also be amazed if any material progress on developing the deposit occurs while the war remains ongoing. Realistically this deposit isn't producing any material volumes if anything in the 2020's.

It would appear these references relate to the Shevchenko lithium deposit field. Some 1982 deep drilling identified a primarily spodumene set of pegmatites that would appear from some comments to be 150-200m deep with a grade that is possibly 1.24%. I've come across one reference to the deposit being 13.8Mt of ore but I've got no way of verifying the accuracy of this size reference. If correct it would mean the lithium ore in the deposit is modestly smaller than the combined size of BP33 and Grants. Multiple sources are noting this as one of the biggest deposits in Europe.
