Thank you so much for your support. After Senator Anne Ruston's interview on ABC's Insiders this morning - it has become MORE IMPORTANT than ever to please SHARE this petition - as the Federal Government has now confirmed its FLAWED Federal ICAC model WILL be the one imposed on Australians by the Senator's LNP Government.

Senator Ruston this morning CONFIRMED that the Integrity Commission Bill that the LNP Government plans on introducing to Parliament - IF they decide to do so before the next federal election - WILL be their Clayton's ICAC legislation ENSURING that Federal Politicians and their electoral staff will NEVER be investigated for RORTING of Public money, misfeasance in Public office (e.g. Robodebt) or any other BREACH of the Australian people's TRUST that is not absolutely seen as being a CRIMINAL Act under Australian Law!

Senator Ruston's insistence that the Bill would have NO change to the original unsatisfactory and weak anti-corruption Legislation they offered to electors, PROVED that the Public Consultation held between November 2020 and February 2021 was merely an exercise in WASTING public money AND wasting Australians precious time by stalling - as ALL of the 313 submissions from the Public and Organisations as diverse as Transparency International Australia, National Health and Medical Research Council, Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and Universities from all over Australia - to IMPROVE the Legislation have been IGNORED by this Government!

Senator Ruston also intimated that the intention was to WEDGE the Opposition and Cross-bench on their ICAC Legislation by insisting that NOT VOTING FOR their FLAWED legislation would make Australians think that Labor and the Cross-bench were against a Federal ICAC.

So in other words Senator Ruston and other LNP Politicians BELIEVE that Australians are so STUPID that we can't/won't pick the difference between Legislation for a TOUGH, RETROSPECTIVE Federal ICAC and their toothless, Clayton's Model.

How patronising and insulting!
