Anyway, many moons ago at shearing time, my father and I Ieft a mob of merino ewes (about 1,100 of the untouched maidens) on a Saturday afternoon in a paddock adjacent to our shearing shed.
Shedding up on Sunday afternoon/evening and we come across my neighbour’s ram (let’s give him a name, we’ll now call him Russell).
So five months later we have 230 odd little Russells appear with their distinctive “Russell” face and features.
Promiscuous? It makes a night on the tiles with Shane Warne look pretty tame.
