I can reassure you that the nominees want to work WITH management to steer things in the right direction, and in fact work to restore the confidence that is tragically missing.

New directors WILL be necessary, and as soon as things are heading in the right direction, and under control, the plan has always been to step aside when the time is right and install the people with the expertise in the fields needed at the time.

The board believe the shareholders are worried about nothing, or at least that is the story.
The shareholders want to be reassured that their company has what they tell us they do.

Much of it is quite simple.
Current leadership hasn't given us any confidence.

A lot of very credible people know we can achieve what we are setting out to do - and that is NOT to destroy the company, but to rebuild it.
