Yes, I'm well aware of the Trade Practices Act, Kchil. I'm not talking about colluding in secret. I'm talking about forming an open transparent body akin to OPEC, which is acceptable to the world (international law) and Australia, given we are customers under their control. I would not class my suggestion as anti-competitive behaviour under the TPA. Nevertheless, our customers are OS and the practice is standard with a range of commodities, like oil, diamonds, gold etc. I contend that it could be done within the law - its just the way its done. And if not, then its time to contest said laws in order to allow it.
In any case, just spit balling - war gaming - strategizing, which is always worth discussing
