They could just lull the market and slide the SP down to again benefit their pals in offer to "sophisticated investors".

The main game is progressing extremely well - by years end I would hope the political mess has stabilised and SVM have made one or two substantial ann's of substance.
They should be looking at a capital raise sooner than later in my opinion whilst SP is up there - clearly they need to do such since this rutile discovery and ongoing exploration associated costs. But the above mentioned could play out if they do not anything substantial. Either way there will be forthcoming excellent news on several fronts I believe by years end.
