The boys are up in QLD over the next few days as part of this aged care conference. I spoke to one of them this afternoon very briefly.

There are over 500 delegates there, all representing the entire sector. They are mixing it up with some of the names from this mornings announcement....we are going to be the new flavour of the month in the aged care sector IMO, and why wouldnt we be? Here is a company that can provide you a substantial uplift in your operating profit from an area you previously invested in, and saw no return from.

What other sectors of the property market have they got up their sleeves?????

I believe the sell depth tells an encouraging story guys. INT is held very tightly for a company with 1.9b pieces of paper issued.

It wont take much to push toward 2c IMO.
