This RVA announcement sounds good.

Unfortunately, so did the NEC agreement, Hickory LOI, UWS trial etc etc from which we've heard nothing more since. So I guess you can't really blame the market for not getting too excited about this one.

I really do hope it's different this time, but I reckon it's far safer to sit on the sidelines and wait for some real contracts than to buy based on another one of these "we'll probably do something with you at some point" sounding arrangements.

Not much point making the pipeline stronger if nothing is flowing through it!
