a mob (cant remember their name but I am sure someone else wll) had a play at RVR about 12 -18 months ago, bought/held large holdings and tried to takeover mgmt, control etc - they didn't get up. From what I understand they had a stack of shares at various prices, somewhere around 35 million shares.
they have been exiting progressively - not sure what they have left, again am sure someone else will have a better grip on it all than me
