I reckon there might still be other issues with NCZ around environmental obligation's. I know they have flagged same and made accruals but I have hard it is all very complex and there is potentially a lot of cost depending of how you read it all down
will be interesting to see what plays out over the next 3-6 months on same
again it just shows the strength of RVR as we face no of these unknowns or risks
