no it’s all done and dusted legally. RVR pays 20m plus costs and then no more royalty. Previous points were the actual 20m payment due shortly/now. They had accrued for it. Only question was with current Qtr going to be lower than last due to additional roof reinforcement work, how much of the Trafi facility would they decide to draw on to pay it, as they also are starting up Syndicate - up front cost before revenue in new year.
