yes, the RVT a story is a little difficult to understand by the numbers. The capex is unusually low and will likely blow out. I don’t want to be awake at 5am and on HC but I think the RVT a resource is particularly large from memory and helps with the MC valuation. And the opex/lbV is at the top of the list which is confusing for the reasons you mention.
I hold RVT because I made a speccy buy at 20c, half the IPO. I hold far more of my other 2, the best value one and the one with the first mover advantage (the most frustrating one!)
